Terms of service

SellStudio is operated by SellStudio s.r.o., Na Tálkoch 52, 900 33 Marianka, Slovakia. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean SellStudio s.r.o., and "you" means the person or business using the service.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SellStudio.

You upload a photograph of a garment. We return a re-photographed version of that image, suggested listing fields, a title, a description and a suggested price for your chosen market.

We change the photograph, not the garment: we do not remove flaws, close holes, add logos or alter colours away from the real item. Outputs are generated automatically and are suggestions — you are responsible for checking them before you publish.

You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and display them solely to provide the service to you.

You own the outputs we generate from your photographs and may use them commercially, including in marketplace listings.

You confirm that you have the right to upload each photograph and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Do not upload images you do not have the rights to, images of people intended to be altered, or content that is illegal, hateful or sexual.

Do not use SellStudio to misrepresent an item — for example by asking for a photograph that hides a defect — or to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or overload the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Plans are billed monthly in advance and include a set number of tokens per month. Unused tokens do not carry over.

You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

If a listing comes back materially broken, contact us and we will re-run it at no cost. Consumers in the EU keep their statutory rights.

SellStudio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Vinted, Depop, eBay, Etsy or any other marketplace. Their names and trade marks belong to their owners.

Marketplace rules on edited photographs differ and change. It is your responsibility to comply with the rules of the platform you sell on.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost sales, lost profit or indirect loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, with the courts of Bratislava having jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
