Privacy policy

SellStudio s.r.o., Na Tálkoch 52, 900 33 Marianka, Slovakia, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: sellstudio.staff@gmail.com.

Account data: your email address, and a password hash if you sign in with a password.

Content: the photographs you upload and the listings we generate from them, along with the market, language and currency you chose.

Billing data: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number.

Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, timestamps and error reports, used to keep the service working and secure.

To provide the service you asked for — generating photographs and listings, and keeping them in your account (performance of a contract).

To bill you and meet accounting obligations (contract and legal obligation).

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix faults (legitimate interests).

To send product emails you can unsubscribe from at any time (consent or legitimate interests).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your photographs to train AI models. We do not share your photographs with anyone other than the processors listed below.

Hosting, database, authentication and file storage: our cloud infrastructure provider, with data stored in the EU where available.

AI processing: a model provider that generates the photograph and the listing text. Images are sent for processing and are not retained for training.

Payments: our payment provider, which handles card data directly.

Where a processor is outside the EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Photographs and generated listings stay in your account until you delete them, or up to 30 days after your account is closed.

Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires (generally 10 years in Slovakia).

Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Write to sellstudio.staff@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR) or the authority in your country.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your session. Any analytics or marketing cookies are only set with your consent.

SellStudio is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
